How to prepare shungite water to drink

1. Shungite thoroughly wash several times with tap water.
2. At the bottom of a glass container, place Shungite (Ellite 20 g / liter, pulp about 350g / 3 liters, pyramid 4x4 or 5x5 cm - 1 pc / 3L) and pour cold drinking water.
3. Do not cover, put on a bright place (windowsill) and let stand for:

• 15 to 24 hours (elite) - the energy value of water increases 40 to 60 times compared to baseline
• 12 to 15 hours (pulp) - the energy value of water increases from 10 to 15 times compared to baseline
• 48 to 72 hours (pyramid) - the energy value of water increases 20 to 40 times compared with baseline

If you let the water stand for longer than the prescribed time, the energy value is reduced.

     4. After the expiry of activation decant water (soft plastic strainer) and use (not recommended putting water in the refrigerator). 

        After three days this shungite water begins to gradually lose the acquired properties.

How to use shungite water

• internally - 100 to 150 ml of water 3 times anytime during the day preventive or therapeutic purposes
• externally - for skin rejuvenation and hair, to rinse the throat, nose, inhalation, skin diseases, burns, for tile and bath

How to prepare shungite water for baths

1. Shungite repeatedly thoroughly rinse with running water.
2. Into a large glass jar let shungite rubble about 500 g / 8 liters and pour cold drinking water.
3. Do not cover, and let stand for 72 hours.
4. Pour out the water and add to the bath with water (36º - 38º C).

Bathe for 10-15 minutes 1x for 3 days (after 3 days is ready new water).
